The bits that matter for your business site

Security that works quietly

Hidden login page

Your WordPress login is protected by Google’s Identity-Aware Proxy. Bots and attackers can’t even see it — they get nothing. Only people you’ve authorised can access the admin area.

Protection at the edge

Traffic goes through Google Cloud Armor before it reaches your site. Common attacks get blocked before they become your problem.

Hardened by default

We block the files attackers probe for — xmlrpc.php, readme.html, backup files, and the like. Not because you asked, but because it should be standard.

Speed where it counts

Page builder support

Full support for Breakdance, Elementor, and the default Gutenberg editor. These have been specifically tuned for compatibility with the caching layers — no broken styling or missing elements.

UK-hosted

Your site runs in Google’s London data centre. Fast for UK visitors, compliant for UK businesses.

If you have a requirement to host elsewhere, please do get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.

Development and staging

Free dev sites

Want to make some changes to your site, but don’t want those changes going live immediately? Don’t want to pay for a second test / development / staging site?

Development and staging environments can “sleep” when you’re not using them. You get proper testing environments without paying for servers sitting idle — dev sites are free.

Easy migrations

Moving from another host? I’ll handle the migration — database, files, the lot.

Emails

Up to 50 emails per day included for notifications, order confirmations, password resets, and the like. The platform uses Brevo, configured automatically.

Need more? Bring your own SMTP service — configure it through WordPress and you’re sorted. If you use Brevo, we can configure your API connection securely for you. Without your own SMTP, anything over 50 emails/day will be blocked to prevent abuse.

Admin dashboard

You get access to a fully featured admin dashboard — not just WordPress admin, but tools for managing your hosting:

  • Site controls — pause sites, toggle dev mode, flush caches
  • Log viewer — see access logs, error logs, and installation logs without needing to contact support
  • File browser — upload and manage files directly when you need to
  • Database access — phpMyAdmin for when you need to look at the data
  • AI assistant — ask questions about your site in plain English and get answers straight away

All protected by the same Google authentication as your WordPress login.

Ask your site a question

Sometimes you just want a quick answer: is my site healthy? Why was it slow earlier? What plugins am I running? Instead of waiting for a reply, you can ask the AI assistant directly from the dashboard.

It has read-only access to your site’s infrastructure — logs, database, caching, resource usage — so it can check things and report back on the spot. It can’t change anything, just look and tell you what it finds.

This isn’t a chatbot pretending to be a person. It’s a tool that saves you time on technical questions. And when something needs a human decision or a hands-on fix, I’m still right here.

Managed plugins and themes

Tell me which plugins and theme you want, and I’ll configure them as part of your site setup. When you need updates or changes, I handle that too.

This isn’t self-service plugin management — it’s managed hosting. You focus on your content; I handle the WordPress plumbing.

Commercial plugins — bring your own license

Premium plugins like Breakdance, Elementor Pro, or WooCommerce extensions require your own license. This keeps your hosting costs predictable and means you’re not paying for software you might not need.

If you have commercial plugins:

  • Send me the ZIP file — and I’ll install and configure it for you, or
  • Install it yourself through the WordPress admin — you have full access

Either way, I’ll make sure caching and performance settings are tuned correctly for whatever you’re using.

Static sites

Not everything needs WordPress. If you have a simple landing page, documentation site, or marketing microsite, we can host that too.

  • Same infrastructure (Google Cloud, UK-hosted, CDN)
  • Contact forms with spam protection included
  • File browser for easy updates
  • £5/month for reasonable usage

Growing with you

The platform runs on Google Kubernetes Engine, which means it can scale. If your small site becomes a bigger operation, we can handle that. And if you need presence in other regions (US, Australia, etc.), we can spin up additional infrastructure where you need it.

For now, though, the focus for us is on doing a good job for a smaller number of sites rather than racing to scale.
